摘  要：伴随着我国经济的快速发展，国内的大、中、小型企业既面临着机遇又面临着挑战，对所有者、债权人、投资者、等来说，分析评价企业的获利能力并对其决策都是至关重要的。因为企业获利能力的大小与投资者的投资收益、管理人员的工作业绩、债权人的债权安全、股东的利益、企业职工的工资水平乃至整个国家的财政收入等都是息息相关的。本论文就以正大公司为例进行研究，首先介绍了本课题的研究背景、研究目的及意义；然后阐述了获利能力的概念、获利能力对不同利益主体的重要性；接着以正大公司的利润表以及资产负债表作为基础，通过相关指标的计算与分析，综合评价正大公司2013—2015年以来的获利能力，对影响企业获利能力的因素进行探讨，之后针对以上影响因素采取一系列有效措施，来提高正大公司企业的获利能力。71424

Abstract：As China's economic development and the accelerated process of internationalization, the domestic big, in, small enterprises are faced with both opportunities and challenges, to the owners, creditors, investors, etc.,analysis and evaluation of enterprise's profit ability and is crucial to its decision. Because the enterprise profit ability and the size of the returns of investors, management performance, the creditor's right security, the interests of shareholders, wage level and even the entire national financial income are closely related. The profitability of enterprises are most concerned about, in Zhengda Company as an example, the profit statement Zhengda Company as well as the balance sheet as a foundation, through calculation and analysis of relevant indicators, comprehensive evaluation of Zhengda Company since 2013 to 2015, the profit ability, discusses the factors affecting the profitability of enterprises, in view of the above influence factors to take a series of effective measures.
