江苏金飞达中小民营企业财务管理方面存在的问题和对策

摘要：从邓小平思想提出的发展适合中国自己的经济制度以来，中国的各大中小民营企业得到了前所未有的发展机遇，他们也获得了前所未有的经济成果，正是因为这样他们也成为了中国式经济中不可缺失的关键力量，提供了成千上万的工作岗位，但中小民营企业与上市公司和国有企业相比而言是脆弱的，他们的抗风险能力小，资金利用效率低，规模小，经营体制落后等问题约束了企业的发展，所以必要加强财务管理（The financial management）的运用，以最终实现企业可持续发展为目标。大多数人认为财务管理只是为了实现利润最大化，事实上仅仅以利润最大化为目的是远远不够的，在企业的日常活动中会遇到很多问题，这些问题都需要运用财务管理的知识去解决。本文将以江苏金飞达为例，分析该企业中存在的财务管理问题和解决的方法。57314
