摘 要：随着当今经济水平的高速发展，风险投资的领域和将来的发展潜力也日益扩大。但是风险投资的有些制度、政策还没有真正的规范、成熟，所以解决风险投资中存在的问题刻不容缓。本文主要以阿里巴巴为例，分析其风险投资中存在的问题并提出解决存在问题的对策。文章首先阐述了风险投资的基本概念、风险投资的产生与发展以及风险投资的主要对象，然后分析了阿里巴巴的风险投资案例，讲述了阿里巴巴风险投资的历程，从中分析得到阿里巴巴风险投资中存在的问题，最后针对阿里巴巴风险投资中存在的问题提出解决问题的对策建议。81546

1 引言
风险投资起源于美国，苹果公司这些高新技术产业的领头羊都是依靠风险投资迅速发展起来的。之后的日本也是因为模仿的美国的风险投资，才使经济水平在二战后迅速恢复并跻身世界前列。又比如英国，经济衰退时期，也是借鉴了美国的风险投资拯救了经济，可见风险投资对于提高一个国家经济水平的重要性。从美国、日本、英国的案例也可以看出，他们风险投资的对象都是新兴产业、高科技产业，所以可见，依靠传统产业是不行的。但是风险投资发展还不够成熟，很多相关法律、政策还不够完善、规范。所以，本文以阿里巴巴为例分析了风险投资过程中可能存在的问题，并对这些问题提出一些解决的对策建议。论文网 阿里巴巴风险投资中存在的问题及对策:http://www.youerw.com/kuaiji/lunwen_95349.html
