摘要：市场经济快速发展的同时企业管理水平也在不断提高，企业不再是以前只注重资金的筹集和使用，更注重资本结构的平衡，使企业长期有效经营。运用财务比率分析科学有效的剖析企业的财务状况以及经营成果，为企业管理者提供合理可靠的依据。如何运用财务数据促进企业的发展是财务管理者的一个命题。本文通过财务比率分析中偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力、发展能力中几个重要的比率关系来发现企业经营中可能存在问题，另外也介绍了杜邦分析体系，为企业的发展提供建议。81533

Abstract：The market economy is developing rapidly ,at the same time the level of enterprise management constantly improves , so enterprises are no longer previously only pay attention to capital raising and use, which pay more attention to the balance of capital structure, enabling enterprises to long-term effective management。 The use of financial ratio analysis to analysis scientifically and effectively enterprises financial position and operating results, providing reasonable and reliable basis for the enterprise managers。 How to use the financial data to promote the development of the enterprise is a proposition of financial managers。 Through several important ratio relationships in the solvency, operating capacity, profitability and development capacity in the financial ratio analysis, this paper can find potential problem in the enterprise management ,and also introduces the DuPont analysis system, providing recommendations for the development of enterprises。

1 引言
