摘 要： 随着改革开放的深入，中小企业在社会zhuyi市场经济中占据了重要地位，在推动市场经济的发展中起着重要作用。随着市场经济的不断完善，中小企业在面临机遇与挑战并重的情况下，应重视对成本的管理，并且将此作为增强企业核心竞争力和企业经济效益做最大化的重要因素。本文首先通过对中小企业成本管理的概念、影响因素以及研究的意义和实用价值进行阐述，突出成本管理对中小企业生产经营活动的重要性，其次探索成本管理存在问题的原因，并结合上海美承高科技有限公司分析总结出加强企业成本管理的对策。71541

1 引言
在竞争日益激烈的社会zhuyi市场经济条件下，成本管理作为企业管理的一个重要组成部分，已成为企业发展中一个突出而迫切的问题。我国相当一部分中小型企业在成本管理工作上存在严重滞后现象，具有很大的局限性，并且不能适应市场竞争的要求。因此，中小企业只有从日常经营活动的全局和长远角度出发，着重关注成本管理，采取各种措施降低成本，根据企业自身情况，制定更加合理的成本管理策略，完善成本管理体系，才能在空前激烈的市场竞争中获取一定的竞争优势，提高企业综合经济实力。本文以上海美承高科技有限公司为例，对中小企业成本管理展开研究。 中小企业成本管理存在问题及对策:http://www.youerw.com/kuaiji/lunwen_81203.html
