摘 要：自改革开放以来我国的经济发展飞跃，在市场经济的发展下，我国的中小型企业 发展良好，在一定程度上影响着国民经济的发展。在变化莫测的经济大环境下，中小型企 业的发展战略也要做出相应的改变。中小型企业想要在激烈的竞争中存活下来，不能只是 一味地追求经济发展，更重要的是在发展中找出在企业管理中存在的问题特别是财务会计 方面的问题，并针对这些问题做出相应的解决对策，这样中小型企业在经济发展大浪潮中 才不会被轻易淘汰。本篇文章对江苏琼花集团有限公司财务会计存在的问题进行了分析， 并就问题提出了一系列对策。71753
