基于财务指标分析的电器行业财务真实性问题研究

摘要：随着市场经济体制的逐渐建立与完善,会计人员、管理人员、投资者对财务分析产生了浓厚的兴趣。上至国家，下至个人，越来越意识到财务分析的重要。通过财务分析，评价企业经营成果、预测企业发展前景。但是有一个普遍现象就是上市公司财务舞弊现象严重，外部人员在使用报表信息时无法保证数据的真实性。本文将从相关概念入手,首先简单介绍财务分析内容及目的，接着以美的和青岛海尔两家上市公司为例进行对比分析,从中找出当下电器行业财务资料真实性的不足,最后提出相应的改进措施。72891

Abstract:With the gradual establishment of market economy and improvement of accountants, managers, investors in financial analysis had a strong interest。 People are increasingly aware of the importance of financial analysis。 Through the financial analysis, we can evaluate the business results forecast prospects for business development。 But there is a common phenomenon that listed companies' financial fraud is serious, the external personnel in the use of information cannot guarantee the authenticity of the report data。 This article from the related concepts, first briefly introduce the content and purpose of financial analysis; followed by the United States and Qingdao Haier two listed companies, for example comparative analysis to find out the current lack of financial information and electronic industries authenticity; Finally, the corresponding improvement measures。
