摘要：随着中国人民生活水平的提高，人们不仅追求物质上的满足，同时还追求精神享受。与此同时，伴随着电子商务的快速发展，中国旅游业已成为世界上需求最大也是发展最快的国家。携程作为国内领先的综合性旅游服务公司，为用户提供一站式服务。不同于以往对盈利模式的研究，本文基于新的方向，结合财务分析的核心竞争力。从核心竞争力的三个层面入手。1、市场层面，携程拥有明显的主营业务收入、稳定的市场份额。2、技术层面，携程在技术方面投入大量资金研发，无线网络的一站式服务，形成携程的竞争优势。3、管理层面，在此层面进行盈利模式和经营获利能力研究。三个层面的财务分析，得出携程有着良好、稳定的市场前景；同时携程在技术层面上有着自身的竞争优势；经营业务获利能力强。携程有自身的发展优势，同时在未来的发展中仍然面临着国际化、网络支付安全等问题，携程要想一直处于领先地位，必须不断革新，形成自己独特的竞争优势。75016
