中小企业融资策略研究

摘要：在中国特色市场经济的逐步发展成熟过程中，中小企业扮演着不可或缺的角色，特别是在增加市场竞争活力、提供就业岗位等方面有十分重要的作用。然而中小企业自己本身以及外部环境方面的部分局限性，使得中小企业面对着融资困难的难题。我国中小企业面临的问题种类繁多，并且问题与问题之间相互影响，在此同时，外部环境的不断变化，这加大了我国中小企业融资的困难程度。面对这些困境，全面解析中小企业融资困难所在，对国家经济平稳发展具有现实意义。49197

文章在理论研究基础上，从中小企业内部原因以及外部因素寻找答案。本文从多个方面提出系统化、全面化的建议。现在要解决中小企业融资困难问题也应该针对性的从多个方面着手。文章通过从商业机构、风险投资、政府三个主要融资策略着手，并给出具体建议。总体来看，解决中小企业融资困难的现状，需要企业自身、社会环境及政府政策多方面的工作。

Financing Strategies of SMEs

ABSTRACT： In the progressive development of a market economy with Chinese characteristics in the process of maturation, SMEs play an indispensable role, especially in the increasing market competition vigor.
