科技型中小企业资本结构及其影响因素实证研究

[摘要]本文在国内外相关研究基础上，结合我国 2014年30家上市的科技型中小企业实际情况，对其资本结构影响因素进行实证研究。首先阐释了科技型中小企业资本结构及其影响因素研究的背景和意义，并论述了资本结构的相关理论。然后，对科技型中小企业的资本结构现状与其影响因素进行实证分析。最后，结合实证分析结果，得到结论并提出建议。75598

An Empirical Study on the Capital Structure and It’s Influencing Factors of Science and Technology SME Enterprises

Abstract: In this paper, I made some empirical studies about High-tech SMEs listed on China's science and technology based on previous research。 Firstly, it explains the background and significance of the research on the capital structure and its influencing factors, and discusses the related theories of the capital structure。 Then, it makes an empirical analysis on the current situation of the capital structure and its influencing factors of the science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises。 Finally, combined with the empirical analysis results, it is concluded and put forward some suggestions。

一、引言

（一）研究背景

20世纪70年代以来，科学成为经济发展的第一推动力，尤其是以美国硅谷为首的科技型中小企业不停的成长，在解决就业问题、促进经济发展等方面都起到了关键作用。科技型中小企业由于发展时间较短，它们在飞速发展的同时，也出现了很多不可避免的问题。2014年苏州联建科技有限公司因资本结构中债务资本比重过高，而不能清偿到期债务而破产。2015年深圳市世同科技有限公司也由于相同的原因而宣告破产。而在我国，2015年97%以上的民营企业都是中小企业，它们已经成为民营部门的主力军，我国也将目光放在中小型企业的发展上，而科技型中小企业更是重中之重。然而由于政策，经济，文化等方面的影响，科技型中小企业普遍存在着规模小，资本结构不合理，信用等级低等问题。而其中资本结构的不合理会导致企业融资过难，财务利息负担沉重，财务控制较薄弱，从而阻碍着企业的发展。科技型中小企业资本结构及其影响因素实证研究:http://www.youerw.com/kuaiji/lunwen_86569.html
