摘 要：古今中外,财务造假问题一直存在于经济大环境中。日渐紧张的市场竞争促使形成了复杂不稳定的企业外部经营环境,在运营和财务这两个方面的风险逐渐增加,会计信息的虚假,不仅仅会损害股东的利益,还不利于企业将来的成长，使企业染上了污点,阻挡证券市场在市场经济中发挥积极有效的作用,伤害了投资者们对企业的信任。本文将以中国风电行业过去的“领头老大”华锐风电为分析的对象,以该企业从 2009年到2013 年的年度报表中的数据为依据,主要对其虚增收入进行调查,剖析为什么要虚增收入及虚增收入的后果,最后对这类问题提出自己的建议。75875
