摘 要：非营利组织是国民经济的重要组成部分，它是不以获利为目的，除政府组织和营利组织以外，开展各种志愿性的公益活动，具有自治性和自愿性的特征，为社会提供公益服务的非政府社会独立组织。近几年，由于经济体制的快速发展，我国越来越多非营利组织日渐兴起，从而形成了“政府—非营利组织—市场”三种格局。它涉及得领域十分广泛。因此，在发展过程中也遇到了很多问题，非营利组织财务管理问题最为突出，受到大家广泛关注。目前，如何有效解决非营利组织财务管理问题便成了本文的关键。本篇论文从非营利组织的含义和非营利组织财务管理的定义着手，在简要概述非营利组织的财务管理目标和内容的基础上，对非营利组织的财务管理进行了现状分析，结合医院的实际案例提出医院财务管理中所存在的问题，并给予相应的对策。76043
