摘 要：企业的营运能力是一个企业生存和发展的重要财务分析指标，是对一个企业综合实力概况的重要经济体现，企业的资产结构的比例也关系着企业的营运能力的强弱，保持合适稳定的资产结构有利于企业在日益发展的市场经济中占得一席之地，有利于规避日益变化的经济风险，更有利于企业获得更大利润。本文以南通江山化工公司为研究对象，以江山公司2014年至2015年的财务报表数据为主，通过研究整理该公司的资产结构和资金周转指标，来分析该公司的整体营运能力，并发现问题，从而提出完善的建议。77176
