财务杠杆在中小企业青岛金王中的运用研究

摘要：如今，在发展迅速的市场经济下，市场竞争力也不断提升，大部分中小企业都选择负债经营的方式来谋求一席之地，即利用财务杠杆效应来获取更大的企业利益。本文主要在了解财务杠杆、财务杠杆和财务风险的关系、财务杠杆和资本结构的关系等理论的基础上，发现中小企业在运用财务杠杆时出现的问题，并对如何充分发挥财务杠杆的正效应，同时规避财务风险以及优化企业资本结构来获取企业最大价值进行研究，对相应的问题提出解决方法和改进措施。77782

1、引言

在目前的中小企业中，运用财务杠杆来获得相应利益的现象已非常普遍。财务杠杆作为一种普遍运用的筹资手段，其效应能给企业带来较多的企业利益。
