摘 要：中国是一个煤炭资源大国，拥有众多不同规模的煤炭企业。但是，煤炭产业，一方面由于国家战略调整面临着前所未有的机遇；另一方面煤炭的开发与利用是造成我国环境破坏与污染的重要原因，煤炭的开发与利用必将成为我国环境规制中的重要内容。本课题通过对煤炭行业进行环境规制强度的因子分析，我们可以得出环境规制对煤炭行业经营业绩具有一定影响。大力发展符合我国国情的洁净煤技术，提高煤炭的环保品质，实现煤炭的可持续利用发展，对未来煤炭发展进行合理的环境规制，使其具有更强的市场竞争力，对我国发展煤炭事业具有重要推进意义。77956

Abstract: China is a coal power country having many different size of coal enterprises。 However ,on the one hand, the coal industry is faced with unprecedented opportunities for the national strategic adjustment; on the other hand, the development and utilization of coal will become the important content of environmental regulation for its environmental damage population。 The subject of the coal industry by environmental regulation intensity through factor analysis, we can conclude that environmental regulation has an impact on the operating results of the coal industry。 Develop clean coal technology vigorously in line with China's national conditions, improve the environmental quality of coal, achieve the sustainable use of coal development, carry out reasonable environmental regulations on the future development of coal, make it have a stronger market competitiveness。 They have important significance for China to promote the development of coal undertakings。

1  引言

煤炭是古代植物埋藏在地下经历了几千万年的变化逐渐形成的固体可燃物，一种不可再生资源，在当今社会发挥着巨大作用。我国是主要的煤炭消费及生产大国，煤炭事业的发展，对我国经济的发展具有重要推进作用。我国是一个主要以煤炭为主的大国，所以更应该采取正确的煤炭利用方式。在扩大利用和造福万物的同时，应该降低危害，缩小弊端，对煤炭行业环境进行合理规制，从煤炭开采的源头把控，提高煤炭的开采品质，提高煤炭的利用率，降低排放的不合格率等等，进而在此基础上促使煤炭行业可以更好的持续健康经营。所以，本课题将做进一步的研究[1]。 煤炭行业环境规制与经营业绩分析:http://www.youerw.com/kuaiji/lunwen_89705.html
