摘 要：随着经济的快速发展，对环境的破坏越来越严重，身边的环境形势非常严峻，我们需要一种行之有效的方法从会计学角度督促企业保护环境，帮助企业履行环境责任以及社会责任。本文基于国内7家上市造纸公司2010-2015年数据，采用回归数据分析，研究了企业环境信息披露、权益资本成本与环境绩效几个因素的关系。研究的结论是，企业对于关于环境信息发布的等级的高低与企业环境绩效呈正相关；企业权益资本成本与企业环境信息披露水平呈负相关。环境绩效好的企业披露的环境信息越多，且企业的环境信息披露水平越高越有助于降低企业的权益资本成本。77955

Abstract：With the rapid development of economy, the pollution of the environment is getting worse, environmental situation is not optimistic。 Disclosure of environmental information supervise companies to protect the environment form the accounting aspect, it helps companies fulfill environmental responsibility and social responsibility。 This paper based on the data of 7 domestic listed companies during 2010-2015, using regression data analysis method, discuss the relationship between the disclosure of environmental information and environmental performance and cost of equity capital。 The results show that, the level of disclosure of environmental information and environmental performance was positively correlated, the cost of equity capital and the level of disclosure of environmental information was negative correlated。 The better the environmental performance, the more environmental information the company disclosure, and the high level of disclosure of environmental information can helps company reduce the cost of equity capital。

1 引言
1。1 国内企业环境信息披露现状
在当前，环境污染日益严重，环境形势不容乐观，可持续发展成为当今时代的主题。上市公司若想在缩小对环境的污染，加强生态文明建设的方面做出更大的贡献，就应该加大与环境有关的信息披露力度，将在环境保护的方面可能遇到的问题和风险都详细地公之于众。我国法律规定我国人民和法人以及其他一些组织是有权得知企业环境相关信息，参与到爱护地球行动和打击污染水体、大气的行动中来的，这是法律赋予我们的神圣权力。一直以来，我国社会各界对与环境有关的信息都表现出高度的关注，我国政府也积极主动地响应了这一趋势，对环境信息公开高度重视，在2012、13、14、15年，我国环境信息都被列入了国务院信息公开的重要领域。上市公司作为公众公司对于生态文明建设和减少对环境的伤害中增加社会各方面各界环保意识和提高环境水平是责无旁贷的。想要提高企业对环境的诚信意识水平，鼓励他们主动积极的发布环境信息，国家可以通过出台更多的相关政策、制定更多的相关法律达到鼓励上市公司的目的。论文网 上市造纸公司企业环境信息披露权益资本成本与环境绩效关系:http://www.youerw.com/kuaiji/lunwen_89703.html
