Abstract Due to the continuous development of market economy, to participate in the activities of listed companies of small and medium-sized enterprises growing。 Enterprise implementation of shareholding system got great achievements, but the system also shows its own disadvantages too。 For small and medium-sized enteprises, the establishment of the early stage of the mostly with family enteprises and private enteprises, enteprises of the problem of relationship between equity structure and business performance is vital, especially for large corparte investors。 The purpose of this paper is to optimize the equity structure of enteprise management, make the enteprise management performance was improved, so carefully studied the small and medium-sized enterprises listed companies in the issue of equity structure  and business performance, to carry on the scientific summary and put forward the countermeasures to these problem, make enterprises for reference and basis。

0 引言
