摘要：财务报告上揭示的财务状况等虽然已经较为完整。然而假如忽略了财务指标及其相关数据的对比，仅仅从报表上数字来看，无法全面反映企业的经营状况，所以要对财务报表作出分析。在管理过程中，对财务报表作出综合的剖析，掌握企业全面的经营财务状况，进而作出正确的决策。本文以宝山钢铁股份有限公司为例，探究如何利用财务报告分析，来掌握上市公司的财务、经营和现金流量的情况，以及企业整体的会计管理水平，利用报表的数据，揭示经营中的问题，对此提出相应的解决对策。79815
