摘要：新时期，我国的上市公司蓬勃发展。对上市公司而言，会计信息披露是关系到自身发展以及整个资本市场稳定的重要方面。但是由于商业利益等因素的驱使，我国上市公司对外披露的会计信息存在着不准确、不真实以及不及时等一系列问题。这些问题会对我国尚未成熟的资本市场造成一定的损害。因此，要想实现会计信息披露规范化的目标，就必须要从我国上市公司出现的会计信息披露的问题出发，在此基础上，找到相应的措施，去减少此类问题的发生。80509
