摘要内部控制是企业管理工作的重要基础，健全有效的内部控制是现代中小型企业在 激烈的市场竞争中长期稳定发展的有效手段。但是，我国企业的内部控制建设还处于 起步阶段，无论是内部控制规范体系的制定还是内部控制的实际操作水平都存在缺陷， 需要企业不断探索，内部控制逐渐成为我国企业进一步发展的瓶颈。本文着重从控制 环境、风险评估、控制活动、信息与交流和监督五个方面，通过理论与案例相结合的 方法，探讨目前中国中小型企业内部控制发展的现状，并针对相关问题提出几点建议。80728

Research on the internal control of SMEs

Abstract Internal control is an important foundation for enterprise management, perfect and efficient internal control is the effective way for SMEs to develop stably and permanently in the fierce market competition。But the construction of the internal control in our country is still in the early stage。 There are some defects both in the set of the system of internal control and the actual operation level of internal control。 Enterprises need to continue to explore in order to gradually break through the bottleneck  for the  further development of our country enterprise internal control。 This article will emphatically explain from five aspects of the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, supervision by the method of combining theory and case to discuss the current situation of the development of the internal control of Chinese SMEs。Then, the article will make some suggestions for related problems。
