摘 要：管理会计在提高企业的经济利润方面做出了很大的贡献，也由此得到企业管理者的青睐，由于各方因素的影响，在应用到企业内部时就出现了各方面的问题，这些问题在中小企业中更加突出。如果无法改变这些企业在管理会计运用中出现的问题，管理会计就不能对企业做出应有的贡献，也就不会为企业管理者提供所需要的信息，本文拟以金杏草商贸公司为例，简要说明管理会计在中小企业应用中存在的问题，并针对出现的这些问题提出适当的建议。71419

Abstract：Management Accounting has made great contributions in improving economic profit of enterprises, which get the favor of enterprise managers, because the influence of all the factors, when applied to the enterprise when there is a problem of all aspects of these issues more prominent in enterprises, and these issues become more prominent in small and medium Enterprises. If you cannot change these enterprises existing problems in the use of management accounting, management accounting cannot make its due contribution to the enterprise, also will not provide information for enterprise managers. 1 引言
