摘要随着我国资本市场的蓬勃发展，许多企业通过IPO的手段上市，从更广阔的范围开始融资发展。与此同时，也有越来越多的企业曝出了操纵利润的丑闻。这种事情的发生实在让人感到遗憾和惋惜。但我们也要认识到，此类事件的产生的原因是多种多样的，不仅有企业监管的原因，更涉及管理人员道德修养不足、企业诚信水平低、保荐企业和会计事务所不负责以及市场监督机制不完善等多方面的原因。通过对皖江物流2012年与2013年操纵利润的研究和分析，深入地了解上市公司在实际的经营过程中遇到的各种问题和状况，在此基础上总结分析其操纵利润的动机和 机会。在分析和总结的过程中，必须以全方位地眼光看待整个事件，把握各个环节中存在的问题，才能够更好地发现问题的本质并依此得出最合理有效的应对方案以减少此类事件的再次发生，提高会计信息的质量，促进市场诚信的发展，从而推动中国经济稳健和谐的发展和进步。83785

Title    The drivers of profit manipulation of listed companies                     

Abstract The rapid development of China’s economy and finance has brought up many different problems, especially for listed companies which are involved in various credit problems。 The problem of listed companies’ manipulation of profit has attract the attention of various groups, since it not only harms the interest of investors, but also does damage to the healthy development of our society and economy。 By analyzing the causes behind profit manipulation ,we are able to work out solutions that can increase the validity of the financial information offered by listed companies as well as ensure the interest of public shareholders。
