西藏义务教育的困境与出路

摘要教育是一个民族得以昌盛发展的依据,是推进人类社会不断进步的基础,解放以来,我国的经济建设取得了如此好的成绩,可以说离不开教育事业的健康发展。在每个国家都大力投资建设教育事情的大背景下,我国的地方教育事业的发展也取得了很大的进步,尤其是教育基础相对比较落后的西藏等省市,西藏的义务教育在政府的扶持与帮助下,得到了很大的重视。与和平解放前相比,50多年来西藏义务教育发展的速度极快,而且形成了较完善的基础教育体系。学校的数量、在校生的数量、任课教师的数量都有所增长,而且实行了双语教学的模式。但是我们也不得不承认,在当前阶段,西藏的义务教育还不完善,还存在诸多亟待解决的问题,例如各地的中小学教育发展不均衡、流失率高的问题比较突出、教育设施达不到基本的办学条件、双语教育教学效果不高等,经过多方面的深入分析,总结导致西藏义务教育存在问题的原因,并根据存在问题与原因提出了适合西藏义务教育发展的一些对策。23415

Title: The plight of compulsory education in Tibet and the way out
Abstract
Education is a nation's prosperous development basis, is the foundation, to promote the continuous progress of human society since the liberation, China's economic construction has made such good results, can be said to cannot do without the development of education. Background in each country to invest in the construction of education work, the development of China's local education has made great progress, especially the Tibet education foundation is relatively backward provinces in the country, support and help the development of rural compulsory education, it gets much attention. Compared with before the peaceful liberation, 50 years of compulsory education development base village Tibet very quickly, and the formation of the basic education system more perfect. The number of schools, the number of students, teachers are increased, and the modes of bilingual teaching. But we also have to admit that, in the current stage, the compulsory education of rural Tibet is not perfect, there are still many problems to be solved, such as the problem of education development is not balanced, the high turnover rate of primary and secondary schools around the more prominent, education facilities are not up to the school running conditions, the basic bilingual education teaching effect is not high, after further analysis, summarize the compulsory education in Tibet rural problems, and according to the existing problems and reasons and puts forward some countermeasures for the development of compulsory education in rural Tibet.
