跨境电子商务信用评价体系的构建

摘要近几年,在电子商务蓬勃发展的背景下,我国跨境电子商务也呈现快速发展趋势,开始逐渐取代传统的跨境贸易方式,占据主导地位。但是,跨境电子商务由于紧密依靠第三方机构(如运营平台、物流、支付方式),存在着不小的隐患。而跨境电子商务企业,受到跨境电子商务模式缺陷的影响,面临着更多的风险,如信用问题所造成的违约损失,制约了跨境电子商务进一步发展,所以以跨境电子商务出口企业为评价对象来构建该评价体系是十分必要的。85124

本文对跨境电子商务信用的相关文献进行了阅读,在文献基础上对我国跨境电子商务信用评价体系现状进行分析,对现有电子商务评价体系存在的不足进行了整理。基于跨境电子商务信用评务体系的内涵,本文的核心内容为:在现有的跨境电子商务评价体系总框架不变的情况下,仍使用传统的评价指标、评价方法(如层次分析法、模糊理论),仅对其存在的计分不足进行优化。

ABSTRACT In recent years, China's cross-border e-commerce shows a rapid development trend with the rapid development of e-commerce, begins to gradually replace the traditional cross-border trade, and in the future will occupy a dominant position。 However, cross-border e-commerce closely rely on third parties (such as operating platform, transport and payment), there exists more risks。 The cross-border e-commerce enterprises, affected by the defects of cross-border e-commerce mode, faced with more risks, such as default loss caused by credit problems。This fact restricts the credit system to further improve。 As an important part of the enterprise credit system, cross-border e-commerce credit evaluation system is necessary to build the evaluation system。

Before reading the article about cross-border e-commerce credit, credit evaluation and the existing domestic e-commerce credit evaluation system and other related documents, based on the current situation of China's cross-border e-commerce credit evaluation system, this article gives a summary of the shortcomings of the existing e-commerce evaluation system。 Based on the connotation of cross-border e-commerce credit service system,the core content of this paper is: in the same general framework of evaluation system of cross-border e-commerce current situation, we still use the traditional evaluation index and the traditional evaluation methods (such as AHP, fuzzy theory), but modify the lack of scoring only。
