船型FPSO密性试验和强度试验研究

摘要:船型FPSO(FloatingProductionStorageandOffloading),即船型浮式生产储油卸油装置,可以对原油进行初步加工并储存,被称为“海上石油工厂”。由于其功能较多所以在近半个世纪对其各个方向研究颇广,其中对于其船体舱室结构强度与密性方面的实验研究也逐渐成熟完善。由于FPSO体型庞大,所以对于其结构强度方面要求较高,另外舱室等密闭空间的密性要求也相应提高,所以对于船型FPSO的强度实验与密性试验各个国家船级社规范都有明文规定,如ABS及DNV相关规定。 本文以船型FPSO为阐述对象,简述其强度实验与密性试验的内容如:静水力学实验;液压气动的水和空气共同作用条件下的实验;软管实验、压缩空气角焊缝实验;真空箱实验;超声波实验;渗透实验等,并说明相关的研究意义,进而结合国内外相关规范与实验研究对船型FPSO的强度试验和密性试验进行分析。 本文先根据船型FPSO相关密性试验如压载舱压气试验,空舱真空箱试验,淡水舱压气试验等内容,介绍各试验的具体方法和步骤,得出试验结论,然后对这些试验进行分析,根据规范中强度试验内容介绍船型FPSO相关结构强度试验如压载舱压水试验,淡水舱压气压水混合实验等内容,介绍各试验的具体方法和步骤,得出试验结论,然后对于这些试验进行对比,然后进行分析。最后综合所有试验内容提出自己对于船型FPSO密性实验与强度试验研究内容的分析结果。 关键词:船型FPSO;结构强度实验;密性试验;实验研究分析 Abstract:The FPSO ( Floating Production Storage and Offloading), which makes crude oil can be processed and stored, was called the” Offshore oil plant”. Because it’s many functions, it has been studied extensively in the past half century. The experiment study on the strength of the hull structure and the tightness of the cabin has been gradually improved. Due to the huge size of FPSO, it requires higher standard in structural strength, in addition, the tightness of the airtight space, such as cabin, is also improved accordingly. Therefore, the strength of the ship type FPSO test and the tightness of the various national classification society rules are expressly provided, such as the relevant provisions of ABS and DNV. In this paper, the character of the FPSO is described, and the contents of it’s strength test and tightness test are briefly described, such as: the hydrostatics experiment; experimental study on hydraulic and pneumatic interaction of water and air; hose experiment; compressed air fillet weld experiment; vacuum tank test; ultrasonic experiment; infiltration experiments, etc. And to illustrate the significance of the research, then, the strength test and tightness test of the ship type FPSO are analyzed by combining the domestic and foreign relevant codes and experimental studies. Firstly, in this paper, the FPSO correlation tightness test contains such as the compressed air test in the ballast tank, the empty chamber vacuum box test, the fresh air tank pressure test and so on. This paper introduces the specific methods and steps of each experiment, obtains the conclusion of the experiment, and then analyzes these experiments results. Then the FPSO ship structure strength test such as ballast water pressure test according to the test specification strength is investigated, and pressure fresh water tank water mixing and other content are obtained, specific methods and steps of the test are listed. Finally,the conclusions of all the experimental content are then compared and analyzed, and puts forward their own understanding and analysis about the FPSO tightness test and strength test.
