外贸新常态下中国企业创新战略的思考

摘要当前全球经济因百年一遇的金融危机而陷入大规模减速和深入调整,而中国出口总额占世界第二位,外汇储备占世界第一位。在新常态下贸易形势不可避免会受到影响,贸易发展从高速转向中速,对于外贸依存度高的中国来说,尤其要对新常态要有清醒的认识。本文以贸易新常态下的经济发展形势为背景,阐述产业结构升级调整的宏观背景,以及企业创新的急迫性。就企业总体发展的效益问题,中小企业的发展特点,中外企业创新的差距及各行业之间创新的差距等论述了中国企业创新战略发展历程,发展特征及面临的现状,同时就改进产品质量,提高产品服务,加快产业集群效应和进军新兴产业等几方面提出了全面革新创新战略的措施。全文较为注重对于创新战略在企业层面的实施,配以大量最新数据和图表分析,最终得出新常态下企业更迭迅速,企业必须迅速进行战略调整的结论。27528

Title   China's Enterprise Innovation Strategy under  the New Normal Trade
Abstract
The current global economic once-in-a-century financial crisis and into a large-scale reduction and further adjustment.Under the new normal trade situation will inevitably be affected .And China's total exports accounted for second place in the world, and foreign exchange reserves of the world's first .Trade development from high speed to medium speed .For China's high foreign trade dependence, especially should have sober understanding to the new normal.
