浦东新区临港新城板块商品住宅价格走势分析

摘要 房地产行业是关系国计民生的支柱产业。近年来,上海市商品住宅价格持续走高,浦东新区临港新城板块商品住宅房价也一路攀升。2013年5月份据国家统计局网站的资料显示,浦东新区临港新城板块商品住宅房屋销售价格同比上涨了6.9%,比4月份扩大了1.56个百分点,高额的房价已经远远超出了普通家庭的购买能力。尽管浦东新区政府出台了一系列调控房地产市场的政策来抑制和稳定房价,并没有达到消费者能接受的房价,各地房价依然持续攀升。在这种形势下,本文结合近年来房地产市场的现象,对于未来浦东新区临港新城商品住宅价格未来走势进行分析。29944

 The price action analysis of commodity residential house in Pu dong new area lin gang new city
Abstract The real estate industry is the pillar industry of the national economy and the people's livelihood. In recent years, housing prices continued to rise in Shanghai, Pu dong New Area Lin gang New City plate residential commodity prices have continued to rise. In May 2013, according to the website of the National Bureau of statistics data show, the Pu dong New Area of Lin gang New City plate residential commodity housing sales price rose 6.9 percent, higher than in April expanded 1.56 percentage points, the high housing prices has far exceeded the purchasing power of ordinary families. Although the government of Pu dong New Area has introduced a series of policies to control the real estate market to curb and stabilize prices, and did not reach the consumer can accept the house prices continued to rise. In this situation, this paper combined with the phenomenon of the real estate market in recent years, for future Pu dong Lin gang New City commercial housing prices in the future trend were analyzed.
