基于BIM技术的工程管理信息化研究

摘要:工程全寿命周期的管理中参与方众多,信息类型复杂,形式多样,数量庞大,使得在管理过程中信息沟通不畅,导致工程中信息传递的效率和准确度大大降低,在很大程度上制约了工程管理水平和管理效率的提高,抑制了建筑业的发展。BIM技术作为建筑行业的一项重要革新技术,能够有效改善上述问题。因此,基于BIM技术的工程管理信息化研究成为重要的研究方向和发展方向。
    本论文以BIM(建筑信息模型)为主轴,将工程管理中的信息管理作为主要研究对象,通过查阅大量相关文献、收集有关数据,运用对比分析、总结归纳和系统分析的方法,在探讨了工程管理信息化、工程信息管理和BIM技术的基础上,提出了如何构建基于BIM技术的工程信息管理信息化系统(简称:BIM-CIMIS)。其中详细介绍了BIM-CIMIS中的数据层、模型层、功能模块层和网络技术层这四个方面。最终,在BIM-CIMIS构建的基础上,提出了基于BIM技术的工程信息管理发展策略。从而,为基于BIM技术的工程管理信息化研究提供重要的参考价值。6822

The Study of Building Information Modeling Based on Construction Management Informatization

Abstract:There are different kinds of partners working in building sectors throughout the life cycle in construction industries, which results in a complexity of large amounts of information generated. Hence this renders an obvious obstacle in information communication and information sharing among each party. Because of lack of information, it has a much impact on the efficiency of management level to a great degree, nevertheless to the development of construction industries.The construction management informatization based on BIM will be one of the effective ways to improve the above problems. Hence the study of building information modeling based on construction management informatization becomes an important research area in construction industry.
    In this paper, BIM (building information modeling) is treated as a spindle and the information management in construction management is regarded as the main object of study. By consulting a large number of relevant literature,collecting the relevant data and using the method of comparative analysis,summarized and systems analysis,and based on exploring the construction management informatization, construction information management and BIM technology, the aim of this paper is to build an BIM based on construction information management informatization system (BIM-CIMIS).In this system, four important parts including the data level of BIM-CIMIS,the matrix level of BIM-CIMIS,the function module level of BIM-CIMIS and the network technology level of BIM-CIMIS are highlighted. The BIM based on construction information management development strategy is proposed to achieve the BIM-CIMIS finally. As a result, the important reference value is provided for the study of building information modeling based on construction management informatization.
