摘要：实验室建设与实习基地的信息管理在学校中目前仍然是传统地记录在纸张或者是电脑的文档之中，没有一个有效的程序来方便教师统一记录这些信息。现在传统的方法已经在目前这个社会中落伍了，因为这方法容易出现许多问题，如查询信息的时候，无法快捷地找到自己所需的信息；容易丢失已有的信息等等，这些问题都大大降低了教师的工作效率。
为了解决以上问题，本论文提出了实验室建设和实习基地信息库系统。本文首先研究了教务管理系统的理论和发展现状，并结合目前学校事务的现状，分析了目前软件开发存在的问题及局限性，从技术选型、系统架构、数据库设计、业务流程及功能分析等各个环节对“教务管理系统”进行了系统设计和充分论证，提出了新型教务管理系统的实施与建设方案。
利用B/S结构只要有一台能上网的电脑、手机或者其他上网工具就可以在任何地方进行操作而不用安装任何专门的软件，客户端零安装、零文护的最大优点，实现了系统的方便性。
通过与教师的沟通，逐步了解教师处理事务的流程，并且将流程融入系统之中，完全按照教师实际的流程进行系统设计，方便教师及时对系统的操作有一定的了解。
利用SQL SERVER数据库进行信息的存储，并且利用存储过程保证数据在错误输入或者发生异常情况时不会发生错误，从而致使数据的丢失。6823
在校园内部的服务器上，利用IIS进行程序的发布，并且进行了对程序发布之后的功能测试，保证程序不会发生错误，最终实现了安全，方便的实验室建设和实习基地教务管理系统。

 Implementation of Information System for Laboratory Construction and Practice Base
Abstract:    At present, information management of laboratory construction and practice base is still traditionally recorded on paper or computer document in school. And there is no effective program to help teachers record this information. The traditional method in this society is now out of date, because this method is prone to many problems, such as query the information cannot be quickly and easily find the information they need; easy to lose existing information, these problems are greatly reduced the efficiency of the work of teachers.
To solve this problem, this paper presents the laboratory construction and practice base repository system. This paper first study the theory and development status of educational management system, and combined with the current status of school affairs, analyzes the problems and limitations of the current software development, from technology selection, system architecture, database design, business processes and functional analysis of all aspects of system design and full argument on educational management system, put forward an implementation and building programs about new educational management system.
Using B/S structure just need a computer with internet access, mobile phone or other Internet tools that we can operate anywhere without having to install any special software, the greatest advantage of zero-install client and zero maintenance achieve the convenience of system.
Through communication with teachers, understand progressively the process of the teachers' transaction, and put process into the system, full accordance with the teachers' actual process to design the system, convenient teachers timely to have a certain understanding about operation of the system.
Using the SQL SERVER database to save information, and using stored procedures to ensure that data does not occur error when entered error or abnormal condition, thus resulting the loss of data.
On the server inside the campus, using IIS to release the program, and conduct to the functional testing after release the program, ensure the program not occur error,  eventually achieve a safe, convenient Academic Management System about laboratory construction and practice base.
