激光谐振腔镜曲率半径的测量方法研究

摘要:测量长焦距反射镜的曲率半径,无论是在研究光学元件的光学特性上还是在制作光学元件的工艺实践中都有很重要的意义。本文所展开的一切工作,都是为了能够找到合适的精确的测量方法,以便于测量用作激光器谐振腔的凹面镜的曲率半径。该凹面镜的曲率半径约为 41400mm,并且镀有红外高反膜。本文主要介绍了差动共焦法、牛顿环法和轮廓仪法测量凹面曲率半径的原理步骤,以及这些方法里面一些公式的推导、常量的计算等,并对实验所得到的结果进行了分析。本文还包括了牛顿环法测凹面曲率半径的 MATLAB仿真。 60395 毕业论文关键词:曲率半径 ;差动共焦;牛顿环;轮廓仪 Title: The measurement of the radius of curvature of laser resonator reflector Abstract: The measurement of the radius of curvature of long focus reflector is very important both in studying the optical properties of the optical element and in practice of manufacturing optical element. All the work has done is to find the appropriate and accurate measurement of the radius of curvature of laser resonator reflector. The radius of the reflector is about 41400mm and it is covered with the membrane which has high reflectance in the infrared. This paper introduces the measuring principle and operating method of differential confocal, Newton ring, profilometer. It also introduces Formula derivation and Constants calculation in these methods. The experimental results are analyzed in this paper. This article also includes a simulation by MATLAB of Newton ring of measuring the radius of curvature of the concave surface.
