光学相干层析实验系统研制

摘要:光学相干断层成像技术(Optical coherence tomography,简称OCT),利用宽带光源的低相干性来实现实时、在体、无创、高分辨率的光学层析成像。最初的OCT为时域OCT,继而出现了扫频OCT,然后发展到谱域OCT。与前两者相比,谱域OCT具有成像速度快、成像质量好的优势,迅速成为生物医学成像领域研究的热点之一。61959

     本论文首先论述了OCT的起源与当前的发展现状,比较了时域OCT与频域OCT;然后深入研究了频域OCT的原理(包括光源的选用、深度信息的重建、光谱仪的设计)以及系统的组成、各部分的特点。并在此基础上,搭建了一套频域OCT实验平台,且进行了初步的验证性实验,对实验结果进行了分析并指出了影响该系统性能的因素。

Research of optical coherence tomography experimental system

Abstract: Optical coherence tomography ( Acronym OCT), using broadband low-coherence light source to achieve real-time, in vivo, non-invasive, high-resolution optical tomographic imaging.The initial OCT is Time-Domain Optical Coherence Tomography ( Acronym TD-OCT) , was followed by Sweep source OCT  ( Acronym SS-OCT), and then developed into Spectral-domain OCT ( Acronym SD-OCT). Compared with the previous , it has high imaging speed, good image quality , and quickly became one of the focuses of biological research field of medical imaging.

   This paper first discusses the origin and current development of the OCT, relatively Time-Domain OCT and Frequency-Domain OCT; then further study of the principles of Frequency-Domain OCT (including selection of the light source, depth information reconstruction and spectrometer designing ) and the composition of system and characteristics of the various parts. And on this basis, to build a set of Frequency-Domain OCT experimental platform, and do preliminary validation experiments, the experimental results were analyzed and then point out the factors that affect the performance of the system.
