SIW毫米波平面波导传输特性研究

摘要基片集成波导是一种新型波导结构,不但具有矩形波导低损耗、低辐射、高Q值以及高功率容量的优点,还具有微带体积小、容易集成的优点,应用前景广阔,它可以实现能量在不同传输线之间的转换和传输,因此成为微波领域的研究热点。论文首先对基片集成波导传播特性进行分析,然后在等效宽度公式的基础上提出基片集成波导的设计原则和设计方法,最后对基片集成波导传播特性进行测试,验证了与矩形波导相类似的传播特性。基片集成波导是一种集成非平面传输线,它的测试以及与其他电路的集成必须通过一种转换结构来完成,本论文以SIW为基础,分析了到微带和共面波导的过渡,给出了SIW到微带过渡的设计方案并进行了仿真验证,仿真结果满足设计要求。8794 关键词:基片集成波导 矩形波导 微带线 共面波导 微带过渡 毕业设计说明书(论文)外文摘要 Title The propagation properties of millimeter-wave in planar waveguide Abstract Substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is a novel waveguide structure with advantages of low loss, low radiation, high Q factor and high power capacity like rectangular waveguide, and compact and easy integration as microstrip line, has a bright future in applications. SIW is widely used in microwave and millimeter circuits, so it becomes one of the key points in microwave field. Firstly, the propagation characteristics for SIW are analyzed. Secondly, the equivalence relation between SIW and rectangular waveguide is derived, and the principles and method to design a SIW is proposed on the basis of formula of effective width. Finally we have tested the propagation characteristics of SIW, indicating the similarity between these two structures. SIW (Substrate Integrated Waveguide) is one kind of integrated non-planar transmission line, its measurement and integration with other circuits need a transition from SIW to microstrip. On the basis of SIW, the transition to microstrip and CPW is analyzed, and the design and simulation of the transition from SIW to microstrip is carried out.
