摘要本文主要任务是玻镁板生产线原料配料搅拌装置的设计,本装置是由4个主要部分组成,其分别包括储料组件、运输组件、翻转组件、搅拌组件。其中储料组件共有3个,其存料桶分别盛有氧化镁、氯化镁、珍珠岩;运输组件载着运料桶移动至各个储料组件的正下方时,与储料组件配合,实现各种原材料按预先设定的比例添加,当配料完成后,将运料桶送至翻转组件处;翻转组件通过接近开关等感应装置,触发翻转电机工作,将运料桶中的加工原料翻转倒进搅拌组件的放料斗中,搅拌组件底部安装有重量传感器,当重量达到设定值时,触发底部传感器,发出电信号激发搅拌电机工作,实现加工原料自动混合、搅拌和排出。这种装置自动化程度高,生产效率高,极大的降低了人力资源成本,减少了非自然因素对产品质量的影响,同时提升了工厂生产线的自动化程度,为实现全面智能化生产做准备,对于改善工厂的生产效率,增加工厂的效益有着极其重要的作用,特别是其中加入了传感器和接近开关,使其对于生产过程产生了更积极作用,进一步促进了智能化生产。83013 毕业论文关键词:玻镁板;玻镁板生产线;原料配料搅拌装置
