毕 业 论 文 中 文 摘 要互联网和社交媒体的发展与普及使得信息传播的速率大大加快，网络舆情事件层出不穷。本文从网络舆情传播要素的传播与演化入手，分析了互联网大数据时代同一传播媒介中不同传播要素的特点、相互作用和影响。再利用韦斯特利—麦克莱恩大众传播模式和社会网络概念，结合互联网大数据的特点，对非法疫苗事件进行了社会网络分析、关键节点识别和单条微博传播实证研究，探寻微博网络舆情演化的特点，并总结了其对政府决策的影响。83241

Title The main impact of the social public opinion communication elements and evolution on government decision making
Abstract The development and popularization of the Internet and social media makes the speed of information dissemination greatly accelerated。 This article analysed the Internet big data era of the same communication media in the characteristics of the different elements of communication, interaction and influence from the network public opinion dissemination elements of the spread and evolution。 And this article reused Westley McLean mass communication mode and social networking concepts, combined with the characteristics of Internet data, overall social network analysis , social network analysis and single micro blogging empirical research on illegal vaccine events, inquiry of acting the microblogging network public opinion, and summarizes its influence on the decision-making of the government。
