摘 要在教育改革的深入和高校扩招的持续下，高校毕业生的就业问题逐渐严峻。高校毕业生的就业是关系到社会稳定、大学生的切身利益和学校的建设与发展的重大问题，一直受到政府的高度重视，也为社会各方面所关注。所以，研究大学生就业能力问题具有非常重要的意义。本文采用问卷调查的方法从学生自身，高校，企业和政府四个角度分析就业能力培养上存在的缺陷，从而探索研究在校大学生就业能力自我培养的有效途径，以及社会，学校和企业需要改善的方面，旨在使入学时还没有清晰职业意识的大学生培养成具有较高职业素质的人。87287

Abstract
With the deveplpoment of the reform of education, graduates employment problem is becoming more and more prominent。 The employment problem of graduates majoring in colleges and universities is related to social stability and the immediate interests of the college students and school construction and development, has received the party and the government attaches great importance to, great concern for the social various aspects。 This article adopts the method of questionnaire survey from the students themselves, colleges, enterprises and government four perspective defects of employment ability training。Exploring research on college students' employment ability is an effective means of self cultivation, as well as the society, schools need to improve, to make the entrance when there is no clear consciousness of college students' self education into persons with high professional quality。

0 引言
随着高等教育的普及，对于学生的要求越来越严格，人才培养变得愈发重要，大学生的就业能力成为当代社会发展的一项重要指标。现在已经进入了信息时代，生产模式和经济结构变化迅速，在这样的环境下，不断发展就业能力才能满足社会需要。大学生需要具备适应经济结构，生产改革的知识，技能和各种能力。同时现在大学生的就业形势日趋严峻，涌现了很多就业矛盾。不少大学生都面临着就业困难的尴尬局面，然而在同时很多岗位空缺，用人单位找不到合适的人选，出现这种情况的原因很多，例如高校专业课程设置与劳动力市场的需求脱节，对学生缺乏就业指导，并且高校对学生就业所需的职业规划、知识、专业技能等缺乏科学系统的培养，总之在大学生的就业能力培养上问题严峻。论文网 大学生就业能力问题研究:http://www.youerw.com/renwushu/lunwen_131926.html
