摘要: 为研究外源ABA对玉米幼苗抗旱性的影响,我们采用不同浓度(CK、0mg/L、5mg/L、15mg/L、20mg/L、25mg/L)的外源ABA处理玉米幼苗,并测定了在不同浓度条件下ABA对干旱胁迫下,玉米幼苗叶片相对干重增长速率、玉米幼苗叶片组织相对含水量、玉米幼苗叶片中可溶性蛋白含量、玉米幼苗叶片中脯氨酸含量、玉米幼苗叶片POD活性、玉米幼苗叶片中SOD活性、玉米幼苗叶片中质膜相对透性、玉米幼苗叶片中MDA含量等的这一系列生理生化指标的影响。实验结果表明,相对于CK条件下,玉米幼苗在干旱胁迫条件下相对干重增长率、相对水含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量明显降低,而叶片POD活性、SOD活性、质膜相对透性以及MDA含量都显著增长。而在干旱胁迫条件下,玉米幼苗在喷施ABA后,相对干重增长率、相对水含量、可溶性蛋白质、脯氨酸含量、POD活性及SOD活性显著升高,而叶片质膜相对通透性以及MDA含量明显降低。本实验研究结果表明,在玉米幼苗期受干旱胁迫时,外施ABA喷施浓度在20mg/L时,可有效提高玉米幼苗的抗旱性。本实验期以为玉米在干旱地区种植提供技术参考。85023

Effects of exogenous ABA on Drought Resistance of Maize Seedlings
Abstract: In order to study the effect of exogenous ABA on Drought Resistance of maize seedlings, we used different concentration (CK, 0mg/L, 5mg/L, 15mg/L, 20mg/L, 25mg/L) in the treatment of exogenous ABA in Maize Seedlings under different concentrations of ABA were measured under drought stress, the leaves of maize seedlings relative growth rate of dry weight, leaves of maize seedlings the relative water content, soluble protein content in leaves of maize seedlings, the proline content in leaves of maize seedlings, leaves of maize seedlings POD activity, SOD activity in leaves of maize seedlings, leaves of maize seedlings in the relative permeability of plasma membrane, the effects of a series of physiological and biochemical indexes of MDA content in the leaves of maize seedlings。 The experimental results show that, compared with the under the condition of CK, the relative growth rate of dry weight of Maize Seedlings under drought stress, the relative water content, soluble protein content, proline content decreased obviously, while the leaf POD activity, SOD activity, Cell membrane permeability and MDA content significantly increased。 And under drought stress, maize seedling after spraying ABA, relative dry weight growth rate, relative water content, soluble protein, proline content, POD activity and SOD activity was significantly increased, and leaf plasma membrane relative permeability and MDA content decreased significantly。 The experimental study results show that in the corn seedling stage under drought stress, the applied spraying ABA concentration in 20mg / L, can effectively improve the drought resistance of maize seedlings。 The period that corn in arid areas planted to provide technical reference。
