摘要:棉花是我国主要经济作物,化学脱叶是棉花机械化收获过程中一项重要技术措施。化学脱叶技术是运用植物生长调节剂(噻苯隆),干预棉花生理生化过程,加速植株衰老脱叶,从而达到提高机采棉花品质的目的。为了探明噻苯隆对棉花叶片脱落的效应,本研究在江苏省农科院用噻苯隆处理棉花叶片,同时使用H2O2抑制剂DPI后喷施噻苯隆,于不同药效天数测定脱落率、相对含水量、叶片H2O2含量以及叶柄离层的H2O2分布状况。结果表明:0.1%噻苯隆浓度处理下的叶片脱落率和H202含量较对照组几乎同时升高,叶柄离层的H2O2分布明显,而加入DPI后喷施噻苯隆的脱叶率显著降低。本研究结果证明H2O2参与了噻苯隆对棉叶脱落的调控,为噻苯隆更深层次的分子调控机制研究奠定了基础。25544

The Effect of Thidiazuron on Defoliation in Cotton
Abstract: Cotton is a major economic crop in our country. With the development of mechanization technology applied in the process of cotton harvest, chemical defoliation plays an important role in the process, which helps save a lot of costs and energy. The key of chemical defoliation technology is making use of plant growth regulator such as thidiazuron, in order to intervene physiological and biochemical processes in cotton, then accelerate the speed of senescence and defoliation and achieve the purpose of improving the yield and quality of cotton. In order to elucidate the effect of thidiazuron on defoliation in cotton,our study made a treatment under the optimum concentration of thidiazuron as well as DPI at the Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and then we measured the defoliation rate, relative water content, the content of H2O2 and distribution of H2O2 in petiole at different days. The results showed that the defoliation rate of leaves and the content of H2O2 under the 0.1% thidiazuron concentration were almost increased compared with the control group and the H2O2 distribution of the petiole was obvious.At the meantime, the defoliation rate of leaves was decreased than that of the control group after adding H2O2 inhibitor DPI . Therefore, we clarify the H2O2 involved in thidiazuron regulated the signal pathway of cotton leaves.
