摘要： 目的：不同氮磷钾配比对野菊花药材品质的影响。方法：通过田间肥料试验方法并根据实际稍加改动，在不同氮磷钾浓度配比调控下，研究氮磷钾对野菊花头状花序性状、总黄酮含量及蒙花苷含量的影响。结果:适当的增大N浓度、K浓度与低浓度的P有利于野菊花的生长发育、提高干花产量；低浓度的N、P、K配施对野菊花总黄酮与蒙花苷含量的提高有一定促进作用；本实验各处理下的野菊花蒙花苷含量均符合药典标准。结论：在N ：P：K=15 mmol•L-1：0.1 mmol•L-1 ：3 mmol•L-1时为野菊花生长发育最优氮磷钾配比。31337

The influence of N、P、K fertilizer regulation on Chrysanthemum indicum L. quality
Abstract： In order to explore the influence of different proportion of N、P、K on Chrysanthemum indicum L. quality. By reference to field fertilizer experimental method and a little changes according to actual situation. To explore the influence of N、P、K on C. indicum L. capitulum traits, total flavonoid content, linarin content. The results showed that its could promote growing and developing, increase the yield of C. indicum L. in appropriate concentration of N、K and low concentration of P. Low proportion of N、P、K have a great promotion on enriching the content of total flavonoid and linarin. The content of C. indicum L.linarin all conform to pharmacopoeia standard under different treatments. The experimental conclusion is that N:P:K=15 mmol•L-1:0.1 mmol•L-1:3 mmol•L-1 is the optimal nitrogen phosphorus potassium fertilizer for C. indicum L. gowth.
