摘要：菊花，多年生菊科草本植物，其花瓣呈舌状或筒状。在中国有三千多年的栽培历史，是中国十大名花之一。菊花含有水苏碱、木樨草甙、大波斯菊甙、腺膘呤、胆碱、葡萄糖甙等成分，尤其富含挥发油，并且油中主要为菊酮、龙脑、龙脑己酸酯等物质。普遍具有散风热、平肝明目、消渴止痛的功效，用于治疗头痛眩晕、风热感冒、咳嗽等病状效果显著，还具有提神醒脑的功效。但将菊花提取物应用于卷烟加料加香的报道很少。因此，本课题主要研究菊花提取物在卷烟加料加香中的应用，根据对实验给定的空白烟的评析结果，选择合适香型的加料香精和表香香精,并添加适量的菊花提取物，经过反复评吸和修改配方来改善卷烟吃和香气,使得加料加香后的样品卷烟烟气柔和适口、刺激性小、杂气减少、余干净舒适，整体烟香协调。最后，评价菊花提取物对卷烟香气及觉的影响，并总结菊花提取物在卷烟中应用效果。32230
