摘要:近几年来,我国及其缺乏常绿耐盐碱树种,从美国引进弗吉尼亚栎树种进行繁殖育苗研究。本次研究主要是对弗吉尼亚栎扦插扩繁进行系统试验,明确最佳扦插季节和方法,并挑选出最有利于其生根繁殖的营养激素配比和基质配比,旨在为其大规模繁殖推广。结果表明: 不同扦插季节、不同扦插基质基质、生根激素配比对弗吉尼亚栎生根影响达显著水平。以9月的扦插效果为最好, 生根率、平均根长和平均生根数分别达71.52%、16.1cm、1.4 条;3月的扦插效果次之, 生根率、平均根长和平均生根数分别为63.34%、15.5cm和1.4条;而弗吉尼亚栎插条扦插的理想基质是泥岩:珍珠岩:蛭石=6:2:2,其生根率、平均根长和平均生根数达到85.94%、16.7cm和1.4条 用不同植物激素处理,扦插生根率也存在明显差别,对弗吉尼亚栎扦插来说,用4g/L IBA 植物激素处理后扦插效果较好,生根率、平均根长和平均生根数分别为64.27%17.5cm和1.4条。由此可得,弗吉尼亚栎扦插最佳的处理组合是在9月份,采用泥岩:珍珠岩:蛭石=6:2:2为基质,用4g/L IBA 激素进行扦插。34381

Study on Propagation of Quercus virginiana by cutting
Abstract: In recent years, China is lack of evergreen saline alkali tolerant tree species, has introduced Virginia oak species from the United States for breeding research. This research is mainly about propagation of Quercus virginiana by cutting , to decide the best season of cutting method and pick out the most appropriate hormone proportion and substrate proportion, aimed at the mass propagation of Quercus virginiana. The results show that significant differences of rooting ratio were observed between cutting season,substrate proportion and hormone proportion.The best disposal for cutting propagation was September.The rooting rate, the average rooting length and rooting number is respectively71.52%、16.1cm and 1.4,next is March,its rooting rate, the average rooting length and rooting number is respectively 63.34%、15.5cm and 1.4.The ideal substrate of Quercus virginiana is the ratio of mud-stone,perlite and vermiculite is 6:2:2,its rooting rate, the average rooting length and rooting number is respectively 85.94%、16.7cm and 1.4.Treated with different plant hormone, rooting rate also exists obvious difference.For Quercus virginiana The best disposal for cutting propagation is treated with 4g/L IBA plant hormone,its rooting rate, the average rooting length and rooting number is respectively 64.27%,17.5cm and 1.4.Thus, the best combination of Quercus virginiana treated with 4g/L IBA and the ratio of mud-stone,perlite and vermiculite is 6:2:2 in September for cutting.
