摘要:本试验旨在剖析夏季皖东牛在热应激状态下在水泥地面、木床、发酵床上的生理指标和文持行为,以期评价三种不同饲养条件利弊。试验选取12头体重相似的皖东牛,分成三组,每组4头。试验期间于每天的8:00、14:00分别测定环境与肉牛的生理指标。试验期间对皖东牛进行全天录像,之后进行行为观察。结果显示:不同饲养模式环境温度相近,但发酵床、木板地面的相对湿度显著高于水泥地面组,温湿指数增加(p<0.05);发酵床组肉牛的呼吸数、皮温和直肠温度显著高于水泥地面组和木板地面组(p<0.05);在24小时内肉牛在发酵床和水泥地面上的趴卧时间分别高于木床250和227min/d(p<0.01);而在木床的站立时间显著高于发酵床和水泥地面,分别高出250和217.5min/d(p<0.01);发酵床组和水泥地面组上无论趴卧时间还是站立、行走时间均无显著差异。综上所述,夏季皖东牛在水泥地面、木床、发酵床上均可以通过生理和行为调节文持机体产热与散热的平衡。但是夏季使用发酵床可保障休息,增大体温调节反应强度,木床依赖站立散热,影响休息时间。发酵床和水泥地面组合可给肉牛提供不同选项,改善环境丰富度。37288

The characteristics of thermoregulation reaction of Wandong cattles on cement ground, wooden bed and fermentation bed in summer
Abstract: This experiment was conducted to investigate the physiological index and maintenance behavior of Wandong Cattle in the state of heat stress on the cement ground, wooden bed and fermentation bed, in order to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of these three different feeding conditions. In the experiment ,12 Wandong cattles with similar weight were pided into three groups, and 4 cattles in each group. During the experiment, the environment indexes and the physiological indexes were determined at 8:00 and 14:00 everyday. During the experiment, videos of Wandong cattles were taken for all day long to observe behaviors. The results showed that the environment temperature of different feeding patterns are similar , but the relative humidity of  fermentation bed and wood surface were significantly higher than that of the cement ground group, hydrothermal index was increased (P < 0.05); the respiratory number, skin temperature and rectal temperature of cattles in fermentation bed group were significantly higher than those of cattles in the cement ground group and board group (P < 0.05); the lying time in 24 hours of cattles in fermentation bed group and cement ground group were 250 and 270min/d significantly longer  than that of wooden bed group (P < 0.01); and the standing and walking time of cattles in wooden bed group was 250 and 217.5 min/d significantly longer than those of fermentation bed and cement ground (P < 0.01);whereas the lying time, standing time or the walking time of cattles in  fermentation bed group and cement ground group was not significant different . In conclusion, Wandong cattle on the cement floor, wooden bed and fermentation bed all can maintain the balance between heat production and dissipation through physiological and behavioral manner. But using fermentation bed in summer can ensure rest time and improve the thermoregulation reaction strength.Using wooden bed needs to dissipate heat by standing,which influence the rest time.Using fermentation bed and cement ground assembly can offer different options to cattles and increase the richness of the environment.
