摘要:本文为探究光合细菌对小麦幼苗生长的影响,采用室内模拟试验方法,研究108cfu/mL浓度的光合细菌与不同浓度的双酚A(0、50、100、200、350、500mg/kg)复合处理对小麦幼苗生理指标的影响,初步探究108cfu/ml浓度的光合细菌缓解双酚A对小麦幼苗生长和抗氧化酶的抑制作用。结果表明:双酚A单独处理小麦幼苗时,降低小麦幼苗光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,提高丙二醛(MDA)含量,二氧化碳吸收率和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性。低浓度双酚A处理可提高小麦幼苗可溶性糖含量、POD及CAT活性。高浓度双酚A处理可降低小麦幼苗光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、可溶性糖含量、POD及CAT活性。108cfu/ml浓度的光合细菌对不同浓度的双酚A均具有一定的缓解作用,但缓解作用与双酚A浓度没有明显的相关性,与双酚A单独处理小麦幼苗相比,光合细菌均可提高双酚A胁迫下小麦幼苗光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、叶绿素和可溶性糖含量及POD和CAT活性,而降低PPO活性、MDA含量。39109

Effect of Photosynthetic Bacteria on Alleviating
Bisphenol A stress of Wheat Seedlings
Abstract: In order to explore the effects of photosynthetic bacteria on the growth of wheat seedlings in this paper, using the simulation lab experiment, the combined effects of 108 cfu/ml bacteria and varying concentrations of bisphenol A (BPA) (0, 50, 100, 200, 350, 500mg/kg) on physiological-biochemical characters of wheat seedlings were studied, in order to explore the influence of 108 cfu/ml photosynthetic bacteria on the seedlings growth and antioxidant enzyme activities in soybean under BPA stress. The results show that the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, the chlorophyll and soluble sugar content, peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activity of wheat seedlings reduced treated with the sole bisphenol A, whereas, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, Carbon dioxide absorption rate and the activity of Polyphenol oxidase (PPO). The low concentration of bisphenol A could increase the content of soluble sugar and the activities of the POD and the CAT. BPA with higher could decrease the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, the content of soluble sugar, the activities of POD and CAT. The 108cfu /ml alleviated the different concentrations of bisphenol A toxicity in wheat seedlings to various degree, but alleviative effect and BPA concentration had no significant. Compared to sole BPA treatment, the photosynthetic bacteria could increase the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, soluble sugar and antioxidant enzyme the activities of POD and CAT, whereas, the activities of PPO and MDA content of seedlings leaves decreased.
