摘要:本研究采用了微生物降解残留农药的方法从接受甲基立枯磷污染的农田中采集土样,经富集培养以及分离纯化等步骤,选育出两株能以甲基立枯磷为唯一生长碳源并且能成功降解甲基立枯磷农药残留的降解菌LYJ01和LYJ03。通过菌落的形态学方面鉴定形态特点及生理生化特性鉴定,初步判定该菌种属于假单胞菌属。采用紫外分光光度计找出甲基立枯磷农药在紫外区的吸收峰,检测出最大吸光度的波长为280nm并对农药的降解能力进行了测定。以甲基立枯磷为唯一碳源的培养基上经3d培养,菌株LYJ01和LYJ03的降解率分别达到43%和37.6%。5d培养后,菌株LYJ01和LYJ03的降解率达到顶峰,分别为73.5%和70.2%。39417
得出结论:培育出的菌株能有效降解残留的甲基立枯磷农药。

Breeding and Identification of Tolclofos-methyl Degradation Bacteria
Abstract:This study adopted the method of microbial degradation of pesticides from methyl made dry phosphorus pollution of soil samples collected in the soil, the enrichment culture and purification steps, such as breeding out two strains can grow with methyl set low phosphorus as the only carbon source and can effectively degrade methyl set low phosphorus pesticide residue degradation bacterium and L L - 1-3. Through the colony morphological identification of morphological characteristics and physiological and biochemical experiments, the preliminary determination strains belong to pseudomonas genus. Using ultraviolet spectrophotometer to find methyl vertical low phosphorus pesticide in the ultraviolet absorption peak, detect the maximum absorbance wavelength of 280 nm and the degradation ability of pesticide were determined. With methyl upright on the medium of the low phosphorus as the sole carbon source for 3 d train, the degradation of strains and L L - 1-3 rate reached 43% and 43% respectively. After 5 d train, the degradation of strains and L L - 1-3 rate peaked at 73.5% and 70.2% respectively.
Concluded that the degradation of cultivated bacteria can effectively degrade methyl low phosphorus pesticide.
