摘要:小桐子是一种全株开发的植物,是一种可循环的“石油”,为解决世界性的能源问题具有重大意义。通过对小桐子LEAFY基因的寻找,对其及个别其它植物的基因和蛋白的理化性质分析、亚细胞定位分析、跨膜区和前导肽分析、磷酸化位点分析、同源分析和系统发育分析等,了解其相关功能信息。结果表明,LEAFY蛋白位于细胞质中,具体为何蛋白还需进一步分析,其蛋白序列相对保守,蛋白长度相差不大,等电点在各物种之间差异极小,但紊乱区在个物种间有较大差异,但都属于球蛋白,20种氨基酸在不同物种间分布较相似。这些结果为为小桐子的研究开发提供了一定的理论基础。42959
Abstract: The Jatropha curcas is a kind of plant of entire development and a circulated “petroleum”, which has great significance for working out the worldwide energy problems. Through the seeking of Jatropha curcas LEAFY, and the analysis of other inpidual plants' physics and chemistry nature, the subcellular localization,the cross membrane area and leader peptide, phosphorylation position, the homology, and phyletic series, we can understood its related functional information. The result shows that the LEAFY protein locates at cytoplasm. But why LEAF become protein must analyze further. And its protein sequence is relatively conservative; the protein length differs not in a big way; the differences of the isoelectric point in various species is minimum. But the disorder area differs greatly in the species, belonging to the globulin, and 20 kinds of amino acids distribute in the different species similarly. These results have provided certain rationale for the research development of Jatropha curcas.
