摘要草莓（学名：Fragaria × ananassa Duch）。属蔷薇科草莓属多年生草本。实验用草莓是将山上的“红颊”草莓移植到学校温室中，再进行培养、取材。取材的时间分别是8月27日、9月1日、9月12日、9月15日、9月23日、9月26日、9月30日、10月10日。然后对采摘下来的草莓茎尖进行切片处理，最后用显微镜对不同时期的草莓花芽进行观察分析。根据这次实验的结果，将草莓花芽分化的过程分为8个时期，分别为：花芽未分化期、花芽初始分化期、花芽分化后期、花序分化期、萼片分化期、花瓣分化期、雄蕊分化期、雌蕊分化期。从草莓花芽分化过程的研究可以看出，草莓的花芽形态分化一开始是在9月初，而一般在适宜的花芽分化的条件下，5-10天左右就可以完成成花的诱导。44102

Abstract  Strawberries(Fragaria × ananassa Duch). Rosaceae, strawberry is a perennial herb of the genus. Experiment with strawberry is to transplant "red cheek" strawberry hill to the school in greenhouse, and then to cultivate, and materials. According to the results of the experiment, the strawberry flower bud differentiation process is pided into eight times, respectively is: bud undifferentiated stage, bud initial differentiation stage, late flower bud differentiation, inflorescence differentiation stage, sepal differentiation stage, petal differentiation stage, stamen differentiation stage and pistil differentiation stage. As can be seen from the strawberry flower bud differentiation process of research, the flower bud morphological differentiation of strawberry is in early September at the beginning, and generally under the condition of appropriate flower bud differentiation, 5 to 10 days or so can complete flowering induction.
