摘要：中小企业在国家的众多企业中所占的比重较大，是国家的经济命脉，实现了中小企业的快速发展，可以为推动本国经济的良好发展起到良好的促进作用。信用担保能在中小企业资金缺乏的时候，帮助其从银行获得一笔资金。这篇文章就是研究国外的中小企业信用担保的大致的情况，了解了国外的情况后，针对我们国家中小企业所面临的一些主要问题，提出合理的解决方法。同时又可以学习到人家在信用担保方面具有哪些优势，是否适合我国的情况。如有值得我们学习的地方，就根据我们国家的情况，对其归纳，给我国信用担保注入国外先进的思想。50480

 International experience and learn from the SME Credit Guarantee

Abstract:  SMEs share in many countries a large proportion of the enterprise is the economic lifeline of the country, to achieve a rapid development of SMEs, can promote the sound development of the national economy played a good role in promoting. When SMEs need funds, credit guarantee has become an important way to solve the difficulties for SMEs to raise funds. In this paper, SME credit guarantee for the study abroad, first to some of the problems of SME Credit Guarantee presence were analyzed before and then by foreign SME credit guarantee to understand and learn from the valuable experience of foreign credit guarantee, through a combination of when the case of SMEs, for some of the major problems faced by SMEs, a reasonable solution.

 目前，信用保证制度在国外是经过这么多年的发展发现，是最有利于中小企业发展的，而且国外很多专门成立了为中小企业筹集资金提供担保的机构。

中小企业与大型企业相比，中小企业相对简单，没有较高的信用地位和缺乏必要的担保，它们从银行中获得的信贷支持就比较少。中小企业向银行借不到贷款，也就成为制约中小企业发展的最大的阻碍。国外的信用担保机构有很长的历史，发展到现在，俨然已经成立了具有各国特色的制度，然而信用担保体系是不能照搬过来的，要根据自己国家的国情制定的。因为其他国家的做的好的地方，在我国是不可行的甚至是有害的。 中小企业信用担保的国际经验及借鉴:http://www.youerw.com/shengwu/lunwen_53824.html
