摘要:本实验研究克氏原螯虾的交配行为,亲虾体重和体长与抱卵量和卵直径的关系,集中孵化与单体孵化的成活率。结果表明,交配过程是雄虾用大螯钳住雌虾大螯并将其翻转过来,横跨在雌虾上进行交尾,交尾完成后,雄虾放开雌虾恢复到正常状态。亲虾的体重与其卵直径呈正相关;而克氏原螯虾怀卵量随着体重的增加先增大后减小,但是怀卵量的总体趋势是与体重呈负相关;亲虾的体长与其卵直径呈正相关;亲虾的体长增加其抱卵量先增大后减小,但是抱卵量的总体趋势与体长呈负相关。出现与整体趋势不同的数据,可能是操作过程中存在误差。集中离体孵化的成活率为10%;单体孵化的成活率可高达90%,也有的低达5%。在同等条件下,单体孵化成活率要高于集中孵化。52211

Abstract: The experiment studied mating behavior of Procambarus clarkii. It also studied the relationship between dear shrimp body weight and egg production and egg diameter. It studied the relationship between dear shrimp body length and egg production and egg diameter. It also studied the survival rate of concentrated incubation and monomer hatch. The results show that, the mating process is male shrimps with large chelas vice female shrimp claws and flipping it over. Male prawn across mated in female shrimp. After mating, male and female shrimp go back to normal. Dear shrimp weight and egg diameter was positively correlated, but the crayfish fecundity with increasing body weight increased first and then decreased. The overall trend of fecundity was negatively correlated with body weight. dear shrimp body length was positively correlated with the egg diameter. But the egg production with increasing body length increased first and then decreased. The overall trend of fecundity was negatively correlated with body length. Some data are different with the overall trends in the data, may be because the existence of error in the process of operation. The survival rate of concentration in vitro incubation is 10%. The survival rate of monomer hatch can be as high as 90%, some as low as 5%. Under the same conditions, the hatching rate of monomer was higher than that of the concentration incubation.
