摘要: 本课题以植物甾醇为底物,对分枝杆菌和赭曲霉两种微生物混菌发酵制备11α-OH-ADD进行了研究,对混菌发酵的转化条件进行了优化:温度为30℃,初始pH为7.0,赭曲霉接种量为20%,赭曲霉接种时间为48h。为了研究多孔淀粉在混菌发酵体系中对提高植物甾醇转化率的影响,我选择了植物甾醇中的β-谷甾醇进行了研究,实验结果表明添加多孔淀粉可以提高β-谷甾醇的微生物转化率,当β-谷甾醇的浓度为1.0 g/L时,11α-OH-ADD的含量达到0.502 g/L,转化率为72.39 %,与不添加多孔淀粉相比,β-谷甾醇的转化率提高了15.29 %。傅里叶变换红外光谱分析和示差扫描热量分析(DSC)表明β-谷甾醇与多孔淀粉之间形成了吸附包埋物。58119

Mixed Fermntation Preparation of 11α-OH-ADD New Coating System Establishment and Characterization
Abstract: In the production of steroids, multiple groups of female steroid nucleus need be modified.On the basis of those researchs, mycobacterium MF006 and Aspergillus ochraceus MF007 mixed cultivation of phytosterols preparation of 11α-OH-ADD was studied, and optimized the transformation conditions of mixed cultivation, the temperature was 30℃, initial pH 7.0, inoculation size of Aspergillus ochraceus was 20%, and Aspergillus ochraceus vaccination time was 48 h. Finally, β-sitosterol as one kind of phytosterols with porous starch adsorption inclusion complex has carried on the mixed cultivation research, the experimental results showed that added porous starch could improved the conversion efficiency of β-sitosterol, when β-sitosterol concentration was 1.0 g/L, the concentration of 11α-OH-ADD was 0.502 g/L, conversion efficiency reached 72.39%,compared with no porous starch ,β-sitosterol conversion efficiency increased by 15.29%.
