摘 要：为了了解目前中学生物学实验教学管理状况，本文以武进区10所中学为例，通过实地考察、师生访谈、问卷调查等方法，调查了武进区初中生物实验教学管理现状。结果显示，目前初中生物实验教学管理现状离实现新课程教学目标还有一定差距。为此，本文从实验室管理模式、师资队伍建设、 实验室建设等方面，提出了改进中学生物实验教学管理的有益建议。60155
