摘要在微生物燃料电池(MFC)的研究中,阳极微生物的多样性对于MFC的性能起着至关重要的影响。本实验针对这个问题以河流底泥(SD)、花园表层土壤(TS)、花园深层土壤(1m深度)(DS)为接种物构建MFC。运行周期为一个月,测量、记录它们的产电情况。电池工作一个月后,提取阳极微生物进行高通量测序。通过对高通量数据的分析研究三种不同接种物的阳极微生物种类和群落结构差异。结果表明,SD与DS样品中微生物组分的种类以及所占比例相似度比较高。其中的优势菌为假单胞杆菌目Pseudomonadales,SD中所占的比例为0.449479%,DS中所占比例为0.33036%,而TS中所占的比例仅有0.118885%。在TS中固氮螺菌属Azospirillum、分支杆菌属Mycobacterium,所占的比例为0.218151%和0.183593%。在阳极生物膜群落结构方面,TS的丰度最高,其次为DS,SD的丰度最低。69924

Effect of different substrates on the yield of MFC and Study on the persity of anode community structure

Abstract

 In microbial fuel cell (MFC) research, the persity of anode has an important influence on the performance of MFC. This experiment aimed at the problem of the river sediment (SD), garden surface soil (TS), the garden deep soil (1m depth) (DS) as the inoculum to build MFC. Operation period is one month, measuring and recording their power production. One month after the battery work, the extraction of anode microorganisms for high throughput sequencing. Through the analysis of high throughput data, the species and community structure of three different kinds of anode were studied. The results showed that the species and the proportion of SD and DS samples were similar. Among them, the dominant bacteria were Pseudomonadales, the proportion of SD was 0.449479%, the proportion of DS was 0.33036, while the proportion of TS accounted for only 0.118885%. In Azospirillum, Mycobacterium, TS, the proportion of 0.218151% and 0.183593%. In the anode biofilm community structure, the highest abundance of TS, followed by DS, the lowest abundance of SD.
